Actalent - Marketing Automation
In collaboration with Actalent, I implemented an automated system within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that connected potential new leads with the right recruiters, streamlining their lead management process.
Project Overview
I had the privilege of collaborating with Actalent, a prominent recruitment company, to tackle its challenge of efficiently managing incoming contracts and position requests. With a constant influx of new contracts, Actalent needed a solution that could swiftly match potential new leads with the most suitable recruiters, expediting the hiring process.
Challenge
The manual task of searching and assigning new contracts to recruiters based on their expertise proved to be time-consuming and labor-intensive.
Solution
To streamline this process, I devised an automated system within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that would immediately email or send SMS notifications to recruiters whenever a new contract matching their area of expertise was submitted.
Result
The implementation of the automated system significantly alleviated the burden of manual tasks for recruiters, enhancing their day-to-day efficiency. Additionally, management gained valuable insights into the distribution of contracts across various departments, facilitating informed decisions for departmental growth based on the volume of emails/SMS received by each recruiter.
